I grew up with threads and fabrics as my mom was a very keen needlewoman interested in all kinds of handwork.
I have been quilting since 1978 when Kaffie Pretorius came back from the States and introduced me to Patchwork and quilting and has been hooked ever since.
I have served on the committee forever, being the treasurer for the last couple of years. I have also been on two previous festival committees and am presently serving on the committee for the next Festival. |
