I have had a passion for fabric and craft since childhood. In 2000 I took a course with Julie Ellis, and joined Stoop Quilters - one of the best things I have ever done!
Patchwork and quilting have opened many creative doors for me and I learn something new with each project I undertake.
Membership of GHQG, Creative Quilters and the Creative Art Group have further extended my horizons. The friends I have made through quilting have enriched my life immeasurably and I have no hesitation in recommending patchwork and quilting as the best occupational therapy there is! |
