The GHGQ has a library present at every meeting which is well attended by members, who pay a fee to take out books and magazines. As our meetings are quarterly, books and mags are held for a 3 month period. We endeavour to have at least one subscription to a quilting mag per year and as the mag stocks increase, we at times sell off the old mags. We have books ranging from the beginners thro' intermediate to arty.
Bev is the librarian and she is a member of the “View Quilters” group, and has been a quilter since 1997. She is now a contract quilter doing machine quilting for patchworkers. Kaylene Solomon is her valuable assistant. We are also helped by Glenda Weideman.
